1.  After ordering the products, paying and confirming by the administration, the delivery process will begin within 2 working days (official holidays and holidays are not considered working days)
2. When the delivery representative arrives to the customer, the customer is asked to sign manually or electronically on a copy of the invoice or the designated device. The signature is considered confirmation that the customer has received the complete products as indicated in the original order on the website and the invoice.
3. The required products can be delivered to any person present at the address specified in the purchase order on the site and the signature must be completed in accordance with the previous step. Upon the signature of any person present at the address specified in the purchase order, the customer is considered to have received the required items mentioned in the invoice
4. If the address specified in the purchase order has been reached and we do not find anyone to receive it or we are unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to schedule another time to deliver the order.
5. The site is not responsible for any orders that were not received due to the customer within 5 working days from the date of the order.
6. The sold product cannot be returned after it is delivered to the customer.
